Fatigue, Aching Joints, Low Appetite, Depression, Mild Temperature With Rashes On Arms, Legs, Trunk And Feet. Guide

Hi. My husband has been feeling generally unwell all week; more tired than usual & sleeping more, aching joints, lack of appetite, depressed, demotivated..............Today he has a mild temp 37.1 but feels hot to touch. He also has a rash on his arms legs & trunk, as well as his hands & feet, making it too sore to walk with bare feet. Should he go to the Dr's?

hi!
although the symptoms what all you mentioned fit in Depression except the symptoms of fever and rash, hence it could be just malaise associated with viral fever or some infection.
its too early to call it as depression, minimum 2 weeks of persistent symptoms like low mood, easy fatiguibility are required in the absence of other disorders like infections.
he is most likely suffering from some viral infection, its better if you take him to a physician for proper diagnosis and treatment.
hope this helps.
