Farting and pooping, feels sick, unprotected sex, spotting

Hiya over the last few weeks i seem to be farting and pooping a lot more than i usually would and now over the last couple of days i have started to feel sick i have not actually been sick just heaving, i have had unprotected sex but i never experienced any thing like this is my last pregnancy i also had spotting of blood last night what does this mean?

The possible causes for your symptoms are:
- Pelvic inflammatory disease.
It can present with pain abdomen, weakness, bloating sensation of the abdomen etc symptoms.
-If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, there is possibility of pregnancy also.
Symptoms always may not be the same in all pregnancies.
Usually with increasing parity, the symptoms will decrease.
So, consult gynecologist once and get examined to find out the possibility of pelvic inflammatory disease.
And take treatment accordingly.
If there are any signs of pregnancy, wait till your expected date of periods.
If you miss the periods, go for urine or blood test for pregnancy.
Then depending on the result you can proceed further.
