Fall, Swollen Foot, Pain, Tingling Numb Feeling In Toes, Occasional Wet Sensation. Advise?

hi,
i had a little fall getting off a coach in heels on sat!
the day after my foot was swollen and there was a strange lump, i used a ice pack and swelling went down.
However it is still painfull at top of my foot and i have a tingling numb feeling in my toes and top of foot and sometimes my toes feel wet but aren't?
weird i know
