Dear sir,
I have used melas skin cream and my face skin got red and dry and sometimes itching takes place while washing with face wash and seems like swelled please guide me whether i should continue using it or not. I use only cream and soap of melas im not using melas lotion tel me what i do

Of course you are getting a reaction to the ingredients of the cream and you must STOP using it immediately. Wah your face with a mild cleanser like cetaphil and apply a mild soothing cream like ritch cream daily night for 2 weeks at least.
