Face irritation after using undiluted dettol

I applied undiluted dettol to part of my face and there is lots of irritation and severe pain. I need immediate remedy to get rid of the pain atleast

if you r to worry about it just consult plastic surgeon.
continue antibiotic cream.
pain has gone means healing starts.

ie it is superficial injury only it may take 2 wks time for healing
if it is deep injury it will take longer time and it is better to consult doctor and start active treatment for best result

many people do this mistake.they apply it directly.
you have develop contact irritant dermetitis.
tell me is there any cuts,wound on your face?
is there bleeding?
right now apply just antibiotic cream.
