Hello, i m not sure if i m with the correct specialty but i ll just explain my problem. So 3 years ago, i started having this really weird problem happening to my body. Whenever i m tired (my muscles are worn out), my face, my hands and my legs will start twitching for a few seconds. The weird thing is it s painless! It s nothing like a muscle cramp . I ve consulted numerous doctors but they can t seem to give me an actual cause of this problem. I ve even had blood tests and MRI scanning but everything seems normal. I ve tried exercises and going to the gym but still the problem persists. I ve never had this kind of abnormality when i was 10 or 13. It happens more frequent now and i hope you can help me out!
