Hello ..
Wellcome to Health Care Magic..

I read your concern and it seems that oil secretion is due to excess sebum production.
The secretion of sebaceous glands is under hormonal control, especially the androgens.
Acne formation is due to blockage in pores that secretes oily substance by dirt.

I suggest you to wash face thrice daily with medicated soap / antiseptic lotion and do not use powder or creams that will produce more symptoms .
Apply clindamycin ointment on pimple site for one week to reduce infection in pimples. also avoid oily foods..
Eat more fruits and plenty of water.

Hope I Provided Useful Information. Do ask Furthur Questions to help You get well soon.
