Dear friend,

Your Description suggests that you have developed left hemifacisal spasm. Treatment available for the twitch inleft face is application of botulinium toxins into the facial muscles by an expert. Consult an oculoplastic surgeon, neurologist or a botulinium expert for further advice. Take care
