Eye itchiness, redness, swelling, skin rash on wrists, hands. On benadryl, no relief. Treatment?

hi my name is XXXX. I am 21. im 110 pounds. At first i thought i had a stye in my eye but it wasnt. i notice my eyes really itchy, red, swollen. then i got the same reaction on both my wrists and hands, im starting to see it on the bottom of my feet . i v had these symptoms for three days now, i v try d benadryl but it still wont go away

this seems some sort of skin infection might be fungal
