Extremely Painful Lump Behind Right Tonsil, Red And Swollen Tonsils. History Of Tonsilitis. Advice
I have had tonsilitus , I have been on a full course of Calvepen, however even though my tonsils are still red and swollen , they are causing no pain , but behind my right tonsil there is a extremly painful lump. it is almost like theres two tonsils , but the lump at the very back is giving me constant pain, i do not feel unwell with this , just alot of discomfort.

it is acute attack of infective sinusitis as the infected materials drips down the mucus i thick looking like lump and feeling as you wrote
take doxi 100 mg bd for 21 days as it clears mucus fast
take singulr 10 mg tds which will coer chest
gelusil 2 tsf tds
syp ventrolin 1 tsf bd as bronchodilators
take 3 wk it will be okay
check pns waters view to check sinuses and treat to prevent recurencs
