Extreme Weight Gain. Have 3 Teenage Children. Help To Lose Weight
I am 45 years old I have 3 kid they are 23,,21 & 10 years old When I came home from having them I was back to the weight I was Be for having them Starting ing 2006 I started to gain weight I am 180 now I don't know what happen to Me I am sad now because I don't eat enough to be 180 I look like have some thing in My hands 24/7""Can you help Me at all Please???? Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum. Since , logic behind your story is that you are not eating much and still gaining weight , no way, ( sorry ,if you hurt). 90 kg weight is too high , just control your diet as you will be slim. At present your energy requirement is 1500 calories ( presuming that you are doing mild work). Take high protein diet + less fatty food + lesser carbohydrate food+ minerals+ vitamins . Just avoid sugar & related sweets , fried , greasy food . Regular exercise ,if possible hard and you will enjoy life. In my opinion still need not to consult a doctor as simple diet management will suffice. Good luck. Dr. HET
