Extreme nausea, unable to vomit, throbbing pulsating pain, diet of whole wheat, proteins. Treatment?

Hi i have just recently changed to a much healthier diet with whole wheats and eating fish/chicken that i cook. As of yesterday i became extremely nauseated but was unable to vomit . The symptoms persisted through the night. Now today there is a terrible throbbing pain that slowly pulsates every 10-15 minutes. The pain of it is slowly increasing. Extremely concerned right now

It may be due to allergic reaction. Some of the proteins are allergic to human body, especially fish proteins. One more suggestion-You need to shift your diet pattern slowly-then body will accommodate. Take some antispasmodics.
