extreme itching in the corners of both eyes around the "lacrimal caruncle" Hello, I am 18 years old male. There is an extreme itching in the corners of both eyes around the lacrimal caruncle , and when I rub the corners of the eyes, a watery substance comes out. Please tell me what is the problem and its cure.Thank you.

Itchy and watery eyes could be due to allergic conjunctivitis. Frequent washing of eyes, cool compress, artificial tears antihistamine eye drops relieves the symptoms. Avoid rubbing your eyes to minimize injury to the eye.

You might have some irritation or infection causing this problem.
It may be due to allrgy too.
Clean your eyes with plain water and put antibiotic and decongestant eye drops.
Take some antihistamine.
