Thanks for writing in.

Suntan fades off from 6 months to one year depending on the skin type and the original climate the skin adapted to.

Feel confident about your looks. Don't worry whether your skin in tanned for not. I am writing down few tips for you anyway.

. Follow up with aloe vera, preferably pure aloe vera gel .

• Gentle skin peels can get rid of tanned skin. Choose the right peel system that gently exfoliates your skin and stimulates regeneration.

• Apply the mixture of raw turmeric and cream of milk on the face and wash it after 20 minutes. It will make your skin fair.

• Make a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and glycerin and apply it on the dark spots to get rid of them.

. Daily use cleanser for your face and when you go out use sunscreen lotion.. do fruit massage..

If they do not help you need to see a Dermatologist for peeling procedures.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care.

Thanks for posting your query.

The heat wave costed too many lives and it is still going on.

You can continue with aloe vera as it is very useful in lightening the pigmentation.

A sunburn causes a lack of moisture in the affected tissue, and it can take a few applications of water or moisturizer to get your skin back to its normal state. Taking a cool or lukewarm bath or shower .

Creams or aloe vera gels can help moisturize skin. To eliminate the sting of the sunburn, try placing cool, wet tea bags on top of it.

Topical and oral OTC medications containing both painkillers and anti-inflammatory agents can help with very painful sunburn. Products containing aspirin, ibuprofen, and acetaminophen are popular choices, as many people find that these products provide faster relief for swelling and pain than alternative treatments. You can also try calamine lotion or a low potency corticosteroid cream, hydrocortisone, to help with any itching and burning.
