Exposure Possibility For Residual Fibrosis?

Good day, just had my xray done and the findings said there is residual fibrosis. As to my previous result all the findings that i have got was pulmonary scar on left apex. I have thought that i might exposed to my clients in care home in the uk 2 to 3 yrs ago who were suspected for tb. What do you think?

Hi, thank you for posting at Health Care Magic.

Pulmonary fibrosis is caused by environmental agents(environmental pollution, different infections, cigarette smoking, etc).
The prognosis will be okay if you avoid these agents that I mentioned above and if your treatment is correct.
I have to say that the treatment is multifaceted.

You should also change your lifestyle.

Contact a pneumologist.

Regards.
Dr. Behar.
