Exposed To Burner Exhaust, Suffer Headache, Arm Pain And Tingling, Chest Pain, Took Counter Drugs. Diagnosis ?

I am a 43 year old male that was exposed to clear in door oil burner exhaust (no black soot) for several minutes a month ago in my basement. I had severe symptons on the spot- headache, left arm pain/tingling, pain in both calves, chest pain, radiating neck pain, head throbbing, severe nausea, loss of appetite, a regular caugh. Ever since, I have had some headaches on occasion daily, light jaw ache, lump in the base of my throat (triangle area/aortic arch area(?)) that causes me to dry heave/nausea once or twice a day, post nasal drip, a cough on occasion, neck pain and chest discomfort/feeling of indigestion. Areas of my lower neck and parts of my upper chest are sensitive to touch, lower legs/calves feel like jelly/weak.

I am most comfortable lying down or sleeping at night.

About a week after the incident, I went to the ER and to my primary care doctor. Blood tests, EKG and heart/chest x-rays normal. My doctor believes I did have a toxic exposure but believes I am suffering a respiratory virus due to the exposure that should resolve in time. He prescribed over the counter drugs- tylenol sinus, cough medicine and baby aspirin. I just did a stress test (echo?) that my doctor will get results in a few days.

I have a desk job in an office and am not in the oil burner business or other toxic type industry. In addition, I have always been a life long non-smoker, athlete and very healthy. I feel that my appetite has not returned 100% but continue to eat and retain food fairly regularly.

Any prognosis and thoughts would be helpful. Thanks.
