General & Family Physician 's  Response
She will need an endoscopy. A tube passed into her esophagus so that the doctor can take a small sample and see what is going on. Sometimes children have something called eosinophilic oesophagitis where they need treatment by GI specialist and antacid medications

General Surgeon Dr. Deepak Kishore Kaltari's  Response
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Presence of persistent vomiting in a child especially if it's bilious one needs to rule out possibility of Surgical causes like Malrotation.
I would suggest you to consult Pediatric Surgeon for further assessment. Mri will not be helpful.
It will require upper gastrointestinal contrast study .

Take car

Best Regards
