just recently I have experienced swelling of hands and cystic acne on my back ( I always have had very clear skin). Lupus and arthritis have been ruled out. I have just gone through menopause. I was using minoxidil, and have stopped hoping that would resolve the issue...it hasn t seemed to affect it. the minoxidil has a warning that if hands swell notify doctor. Commercials say testosterone exposure can affect skin and my husband has been using it, but exposure is extremely unlikely. Can you give me some idea of the cause, and the best course of action?
