Experiencing Sore Breasts, Fluid Gets Released On Squeezing, HPT Negative. Reason?

I am 19 and experiencing over the last few days now some sore breasts and when i squeeze them theres a fluid thats released. Im not on any birth control and Im 2 weeks late on my period but have taken three home pregnancy tests that all came back negative. I also have bright orange urine now that has a very intense odor. I have no clue whats going on. Any ideas?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Orange color of urine with peculiar smell may be due to high level of bilirubin in blood hence in urine.
Intense odor may be due to ketones or urea & nitrogen .
For this get in complete examination of urine as well as blood .
Also get in liver function tests.
As fluid from breast may be due to cirrhosis of liver .
Consult a physician and get his opinion.
