Experiencing sharp pain in left lower chest region. Difficult to breathe. What is the problem?

I am a 25 year old female in Nigeria. I have been experiencing sharp pains in my left lower chest region. This pain comes and goes from time to time. It makes it hard for me to take in deep/long breaths and restricts my movement when it comes. Since last night it has made breathing hard for me and right now,the pain streams from the top back of my neck through my my chest

sound like you need to have a chest x-ray to make sure there isn't anything going on with your lungs. You could have pleurisy (inflammation of the lining of the lungs) or a spontaneous pneumothorax (leak in one of the lungs).
