General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon Dr. Saravanan 's  Response
Hi,

It could be a simple muscle spasm or something associated with disc prolapse since it's involving shoulder... so better do an MRI.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saravanan,
