Experiencing Scalp Pain And Extreme Tenderness. Blood Test Normal. Suggestions?

I'm an African American female in my late 20's who have been experiencing ongoing scalp pain and extreme tenderness and slow hair growth. At 21, I noticed a small patch of hair lost in the middle of my head. Over time, that small patch gradually increased in size. I decided to extend the application of my relaxer from 6-8 weeks to 10-12 weeks and incorporated the use of more natural hair products. I've also seen quite a few dermatologists who insists that nothing is wrong with my scalp. There's no visible scarring and all my follicles seem to be visible. I've even had blood test taken, and everything is fine a and regulated. I was told by both my doctor and dermatologist that its just chemical hair lost damage and was advised to refrain from using relaxers. In 2010. I started my transitioned from relaxed hair to natural hair. I did this by wearing full hair weaves. My stylist would braid my entire head of hair and sew on the extensions. She did this for an entire year. After the middle grew at least and inch and a half I then cut and leveled everything. Without the weaves the middle of my head would be extremely tender and painful, and my growth in the spot would be at a stand still. Ive incorporated the use of natural hair shampoos such as Eucerine sensitive scalp shampoo, Aveeno, Sulphur, Selsun blue and Dr Bronner's and foams precribed by my dermatologist. I also use jojoba, tea-tree, peppermint and olive and castor oil to condition and moisturize. However, there's very little change. Although my natural unrelaxed hair has grown significantly since my 2010 haircut, mow reaching a little past my collar bone, that very first small patch is currently about 3 to 4 inches long and refuses to catch up with the rest of my hair. I've tried everything unsuccessfully. I do very little to my hair but that very spot is extremely sensitive, and always painful as if there's a sore which isn't visible to the eyes. I do still wear weaves occasionally, which allows for the patch area to grow, but once the weave is removed,it doesn't grow any further. What I have noticed is that when I do apply oil to my scalp it would become more sensitive and painful. Once in a while I'll feel a pimple, or two in that area, but still, it's not visible. Any theories or suggestions ?
