Experiencing Night Sweats, Headaches During Period, Low AMH Level, Had Fibroid. Done Hormone Test. What Is The Cause?

I'm 30 years old and experiencing night sweats and severe headaches during my period. I have had hormone tests and antral follicle count that were all normal, apart from slightly low AMH levels (not massively low though). I recently had a successful operation to remove a fibroid. What could be causing these symptoms during my period?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query
The causes could be menstrual migraine, tension headache. You may take simple analgesics during period or undergo a detailed neurological evaluation followed by anti-migraine treatment.
Best wishes
