Greetings of the day

The area of pain and symptoms is much larger and unlikely that a nerve supplying all these which is deep lying getting pinched. It's more likely you have developed muscle sprain, analgesic and skeletal muscle relaxant will provide you much needed relief. Hot water fomentation will also be helpful.

Take care
