Experiencing Nausea, Sweating And Spasm On My Throat After Taking A Cervical Steroid Injection

I had a cervical steroid injection last Friday and was doing fine until yesterday. Became very nauseaus, sweating, and pain/spasms down the right side of my throat and down into my shoulder. Migraine meds, pain meds, nausea meds are not helping at all. Can t get out of bed because of pain and feeling sick to my stomach. Is this vagas entrapment? If so, what can I do?
