Experiencing Irregular Heart Beats
I have a big heart beat ( it feels like a chunky heartbeat ) followed by small fast ones and it makes me cough..i started feeling that way since last night...checked my blood pressure and it is 115/74... I feel like a pressure spot on my chest after that happens...what would that be?

your awareness of fast heart beat may be due to either some extra systoles or some arrhythmias.I suggest you to get one resting ECG done.Depending upon its findings you may need further investigations and further management,
