Experiencing Headache, arm And Leg Pain, lower Face Tingling And Vaginal Pain

I was prescribed amitriptyline 8 months ago for vulvodynia. My doctor recently weaned me off the medication due to side effects and have been off of it for three weeks. Since stopping the medication I have been experiencing headaches, arm and leg pain, right eye twitching, pressure on the top of the head, lower face tingling, constant fatigue and the vaginal pain returned. What could all this mean?

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the withdrawal symptoms of weaning of the amitriptyline.
I advise you to contact your doctor, for diagnosis and treatment. You may have to increase the dose of amitriptyline, and to start some other drug as alternative, and then wean the amitrityline.
You may have to continue some or other drug to keep the pain under control.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
