Experiencing Headache & Nausea

Hi, I m currently experiencing headaches and nausea usually early in the afternoon for about a week now. I m on seasonale birth control the 3 month pack. I messed up a few times and got spotting but continued with the pill, this was a few weeks ago. Could I possibly be pregnant? The spotting went away after a week or two just now I m nauseas and have a headache in the afternoon goes away after a few hours.

Hi,seasonale is a very effective birth control pill with a very low failure rate.since you have messed up a few times, the probability of pregnancy is there though very low.on messing up the pill spotting can occur due to progestrone deficiency.nausea and headache which you are experiencing is also a common side effect with these drugs.so spotting, nausea or headache is not an indicator for pregnancy.to be on the safe side u can do a urine pregnancy test which in most likelyhood should be negative.
take care
