Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely a meniscal injury.A physical examination with an orthopedician can be helpful to get signs of that.In case of positive signs an MRI will be needed to rule out it.Conservative treatment with immobilization and analgesics will be helpful for some.If no improvement a diagnostic arthroscopy will be needed.A repair also can be done in that.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
