Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and they are suggestive of mild head injury with concussion.

There is no need to worry as the symptoms would continue to improve on own and you would get better in 6-8 weeks time.

In the meanwhile, you may take betahistine tablets for relief of symptoms.

I hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
