Experiencing Breathlessness Often What It Could Be?

Hi Im 8 months pregnant and have to go for my 6th blood test this pregnancy. Either my iron levels are low or they say my hemogolbin levels have shown to be very high at one stage too. Any ideas on what could be going on? Im out of breath so often now and hardly have energy to do anything, although I know that could just be because Im 8 months pregnant! This is second bub. going to be 16 months apart. First bub was born cesearean section due to fetal distress and early labour at 36 weeks.
