Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Alcohol can cause muscle aches and soreness by causing a build up of lactic acid in the muscle tissue. This could be a possible reason for your symptoms. Cutting down on alcohol intake and taking lots of water is likely to help.

Best wishes.
