With the symptoms that you have mentioned it appears that you are going into preterm labour.constant back and lower abdominal pain duly increasing not allowing you to sleep and you can feel the baby moving down. In this report yo the hospital and get an ultrasound done first to check the position of fetus and then if required a vaginak exam to check the cervix. Such cramps may occur in falsr pains as wrll which are relieved by hot fomentation and paracetamol tab generally. In either case you must visit yhe hospital.regards
