Hi,
He must be having some viral infection.
The present virus presents with not much of fever but lot of symptoms like feeling weak, lethargic, tired etc.
Give him good rest, fluids and watch. If he does not improve take him to the doctor for clinical evaluation and blood test if necessary(CBC- complete blood count).
Good luck
