37 years women,after 4child borning-1year have passed.3monthes ago started to exercise and dance for correcting weight.lost 9kilos per 7weeks.suddenly problem appear-sweet taste in mouth and a bit nausea . blood sugar is a bit higher,and is different in each finger .what can it be and what are the wise ways to work with this problem. Hi Dear,

For Weight loss, You have to follow a balanced diet and weight loss should be slow for a sustainable result.
Also add white oats in your diet and fibers in the form of fruits, vegetables, husk. Apart from it fenugreek seeds water will also help you to reduce blood sugar levels.
