Excessive weight, back and knee pain. Tried dieting. Tips for reducing weight?

Hello. I am in need of desperate weight lose.. I am a 14 year old that weighs 162. I am in competitive cheerleading, but I am still not loosing weight, and I have a very bad back and knees. Everytime I try to loose itor stick to a diet , I always mess it up and cheat. But this time, I am serious! Do you think you can help!? Please..

hi shita... you are in the obese category and you need to lose weight on priority basis..i suggest get you blood check ups, thyroid tests, vitamin D3 and b12 tests done to find out any other cause if there may be..start with brisk walks 1 hour small meals every 2-3 hours..avoid milk and wheat for sometime.. like start your day with green tea and 2 dates, oats pancakes/oats idli/ savoury oats for breakfast, fruits and nuts for mid meals, salad with lunch along with jowar/ ragi roti/ brown rice + veggies + dal, sprouts/ egg whites as evening snacks..avoid rotis and rice for dinner..have soups, salads, veggies/ chicken/ fish.. avoid fried, junk, patries, pizzas, burgers, cold drinks etc.. drink plenty of water.. rest well.. be happy and positive..

At the age of 14 your 162 pounds is overweight & you may face lot of knee related problem in future
First of all you should make up your mind to loose weight.
As you are in growing age you need vitamins & minerals for metabolism & hormonal secreation.
So don't go for severe dieting.
Just take healthy vitamin rich diet.take more fibers in the form of vegetables in diet.
Avoid junk foods.
Cut your calorie by avoiding sugar ,avoid cold drinks ice cream cheeze etc in diet.
Don't put any unnecessary food in mouth for pleasure.
Do regular 30 minute exercise.
If you stick to this measure for at least 6=8 months you will sure gets result.

you are not able to stick to diet plan because you have done it systematically, you must have been too strict and tried to lose weight very fast , it does not work that way. to lose weight you need to calculate your ideal and note it down that will be your aim.take your height in cms minus 100 thats your ideal you have to make diet chart make it according to your likes and dislikes so you dont cheat your self this time
