Excessive tiredness, sore throat, hoarse voice, constipation, bloating, muscle pain. Cure for symptoms?

I have been suffering from severe tiredness sleeping 10 - 11 hours a night and not being able to form sentences or think of the right words. I have started to have a very sore throat and can t speak in the mornings and hoarse all day. I have also been suffering from constipation , constipation, bloating , bloating, indigestion. I exercise everyday but find it hard to recover as my muscles ache, I eat extremely healthily. I m female and 37.

Hi Tessa,

This is a very vague type of prsentation and in the absence of some pathological condition, which you not mentioned. I think this can be associated with the condition of depression, which is a common cause for the presentation which you have described for you.

As your age is also not very old and there are no description regarding any medical condition which can lead to these vague symptoms.

I would suggest you to have a consultation with some doctor and after proper history and examiantion and if required some investigation, it can be made sure what is causing these symptoms in you.

In the mean time have a proper diet and regular excerices and maintain a routine.
