Excessive thirst, bloated, dark urination, rheumatoid factor high. Done blood tests. What does it mean?

was really thirsty so much that i could nt get enough water last night and very bloated ? still like it now my wee is very dark. also was told the other week after blood tests that my rheumatoid factor was slightly high can you tell me what this means as have been not feeling well for a couple of years which is why i went to docs in the first place

hi Iam Dr Usman,
you have Rheumatoid factor positive wlthough not specific but you may have rheumatoid disease that primarily effects the joints, some time small vessels of major organs of the body. you need to get renal function tests to see how your kidneys are working .
