Excessive stress in life, emotional pressure from girlfriend. Treatment options?

My life is soooo stressful. Mostly because of my stubborn girlfriend. I dont know how to get threw to her and its causing a massive amount of stress in my life. I tell her how I feel, and she changes everything into a negative even though I assure her that I didn t intentionally do something, or that what I said wasn t meant to be taken that way. I m starting to wonder if i have a problem.
