General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear...

The symptoms as mentioned in your post suggest that you might be having Allergic rhinitis.

The presence of blood can be attributed to minor trauma or irritation of the respiratory passages.

Management includes:

1. Antihistamine preparations like Allegra can be taken for symptomatic relief.

2. Montelukast preparations, used as a maintenance therapy to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies & asthma.

3. Maintain adequate hydration & take a healthy balance diet.

4. Also make sure that you are well protected from cold, dust & other allergens.

If symptoms still persist, kindly consult your General Physician for further management.

Wishing you a good health.

Thanks & take care.
