Excessive Sleep, Profuse Sweating Despite Physical Activity, Frequent Headache, Severe Fatigue. Signs Of Healthy Person?

Good evening, I want to ask for Your opinion please. I have a friend who suffers from a problem-either do not sleep at night and fall asleep early in the morning, or vice versa can sleep in a row 18 hours nonstop and can not wake up even to work. Also he suffers from excessive sweating, even if it does not take place no physical activity, literally from his face dripping sweat . (For the last six months he also suffers from frequent headaches and he is oftenly tired) He was at doctor, but doctor didnt see any wrong with him.Even so, doctor didnt make for him the blood tests. I am convinced that such excessive sleeping and sweating,isnt normal for healthy person. Whats your opinion? Thank you very much.

Iwent through your problem description. I suggest you not to worry too much. Your friend is healthy of course except for the sleeping pattern. Sleep is something which is a need of the body. A healthy person sleeps at least 6 hours to 8 hours daily. But for lazy people it can go upto 10 or 12 hours. This cannot happen every day but may be once in a week or so. Once he is lazy, he also feels tired, feels as if he is worthless etc. Eats less food and always complain. Thereby loosing temper and health. He will become prone to diseases.

Regarding sweating - I don't think it is associated with life style much. Ask your friend to reduce salt intake and for vigorous exercises. Why do you worry if your friend is not worrying?
