Excessive nervousness, anxiety, nausea before going to school or parties. Causes for symptoms?

hello, well i ve started feeling nervous all the time, whether it s before school, going out places, parties and i get myself so worked up I start to feel sick and sometimes i am sick. I m taking some tablets which stop you feeling sick but they don t stop all the working up in the morning. I m fine the rest of the day but it s just before school. Weekends fine. I would like some help what could help me from being like this.
