Hi, Thanks for the query to H.C.M.
The formation of mucus in the lungs and in airways passage is a most common things in Allergic bronchitis cases. When this mucus forms , this impact somewhere in alveoli of lungs.
This is the precursor of asthma ( an indication).
A healthy person who don't have any allergy , also don't have mucus in respiratory system, so , if there is mucus formation it means there is allergy and mucus.
If these type of symptoms remains for three months in a row and for 2-3 yrs regularly than there are more chances of developing COPD.
Since your's symptoms are suggestive of AAB ( Allergic Asthmatic Bronchitis) so please be careful and if possible pl avoid mite, dust, pollen, spray, fine powder etc as these are responsible for allergy.
Consult an allergy specialist and have a treatment for these complaints.

YOUR ALLERGY HAY FEVER HAS CONVERTED TO CHRONIC SINUSITIS LEADING TO THE SYMPTOMPS DESCRIBED BY YOU
AND THE OTHER FACTOR IS THAT EITHER YOU DO TREATMENT OF ALLERGIES COMPLETELY ACCORDING TO ALLERGY GUIDELINES OR WHEN YOU CONTROL ALLERGY OF ONE SYSTEM IT AFFECT THE OTHER SYSTEM SO IF YOUR SKIN RECOVERED YOUR SINUSES STATED CAUSING THE SYMPTOMPS SO TAKE ADVISE OF ALLERGOELOGIST WHO CAN CLEAR ALLERGIES
FOR TEMPORARY SOLUTION I ADVISE YOU TO TAKE DOXI 100 MG BD WHICH CAN COVER SKIN AND SINUSES TAKE 10 DAYS
TAKE ALLEGRA 120 MG BD
SYP TOSSEX 1 TSF NIGHT
SYP GELUSIL 1 TSF BD
APPLY NEOSPORIN H EYE OINTMENT IN NOSE BD
PUT SEA WATER DROPS 2 DROPS AT NIGHT IN EACH NOSTRIL
YOU CAN CONTINUE AS LONG AS YOU LIKE WITH NO SIDE EFFECTS
AND OFF AND ON MANY TIMES
DOXI CAN BE REPEATED FOR 10 -14 DAYS
YOUR LOCAL CREAM PRESCIBED BY DOCTOR CAN ALSO CONTINUE
IN BETWEEN ARRANGE SOME SPECIALIST TO COMPLETELY CURE YOUR ALLERGIES
