Welcome to HCM,
Feeling of sex is just like our other need like feeling thirst, hunger etc.
So nothing to worry.
Extreme feeling of sex will result in masturbation.
Remember that every thing in excess is always to be avoided.
Otherwise masturbation does not give any bad effect on your health.
The feeling of having loosing fairness and strength are due to psychological thinking.
Avoid to see porno or sex video and remain busy in your work.
Do not think much of sex.
Marry if you are of marriageable age.
Take some active part playing sport, games.
Pass some time with your friends and get entertainment.
Read some good books.
Ok and bye.
