Cosmetic & Plastic Surgeon 's  Response
The best therapy in your case who has a history of androgenetic alopecia in your family would be hair transplantation. This would provide quality hairs to your bald area which would be long lasting also given the quality of the hairs. Do not go in for any other therapy like mesotherapy for hair growth because there is no scientific evidence of any long-lasting result with the same and those procedures might in fact be detrimental. Consult with a hair transplant surgeon and get the procedure done for best results.
