Excessive Dandruff, Hair Fall, Flaky Skin, Dryness. On Ketomac And Salicylic Acid. What Is Going On?

I am Dinesh Kumar n severly suffering from excessive dandruff n itching for past 1-2 years and due to this i am also suffering excessive hair fall. Dandruff falls from my heads in flakes. I have used almost all good shampoos viz. Ketomac, Salicylic acid based, all anti dandruff shampoos available in markets nd got treatment from Dr. Batra n other dermatologists but all in vain. If u have any solution pls recommend me.........

Thanks for the query.
flaky dry skin can be due to dandruff as you mentioned,
But it can even be psoriasis, which wont respond to the treatment taken by you.
Please meet a dermatologist for an exact diagnosis.
Even a biopsy may be required.
