I understand your concern. Congratulations on your marriage. You must act quickly now as you are getting married soon.

The basic problem with burping and farting is bad food habits. Quickly remove the high fatty food, canned food, packaged food, cheese, butter, processed food from your daily diet. Get down to more of vegetable salads, fresh fruits and juices.

Prepare and eat your food fresh. Do not store them for longer duration. In simple words, watch what you eat. Drink plenty of water to clear your intestines.

There are various home remedies to treat farting - consuming ginger, peppermint leaves, using apple cider vinegar in the dishes you prepare.

You eat healthy; your problems are resolved for good.

Additionally, you can take over the counter antacids like TUMS or Gelusil to help in good digestion process.

Wish you good luck.

Take care.
