back pain may be due to strain or poor posture
or i may b due to any injury
if you are
obese try to put down your weight
if possible try to take
physiotherapy for that
try to maintain good posture during working hours
take small breaks after long duration of sitting or standing
use thin pillow during sleeping
do yoga and back strengthening exercises
avoid
stress. take good sleep
if the pain is severe consult the specialist
