Erythrocyte sedimentation rate is 32 with a skin infection

My Dad Having a skin infection from more than a year now, his blood test shows high Erythrocyte sedimentation rate ( ESR - 32 ) and total leukocyte count is 9200, he has no sugar, and any other symptoms, can i know what may be the reason for his infection, and is any available treatment for the same,

any chronic infection leads to increse ESR.esr is indication of some messing there.same as for rised WBC(leucocytosis).if there is chronic dermatitis ,homeopathy can help a lot.
