Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

Based on the Complete Urine analysis report you have posted, your husband seems to have a bacterial infection.
Hazy and yellow urin ewith PH of 5 is suggestive of concentrated urine.
Mucus threads may be occasionally present in normal persons especially when dehydrated. But your husband has many mucus threads which could be due to infection probably in urethra or penis.

Occasional urate crystals and oxalate crystals may be present in normal individuals due to dehydration and there by leading to concentrated urine.
Presence of Bacterium is suggestive of infection.

Finally i would like to say that your husband is having a lower Urinary Tract Infection.
Please get an ultrasound done to rule out the possibility of renal stones( in case your husband have had any complaints of pain abdomen, then the possibility of a urinary stone has to be suspected).

Please send the Urine for Culture and sensitivity to know which organism is responsible for the infection and what are the antibiotics that the organism is sensitive to.But it would take 48 hrs for the report to come. So, meanwhile start an antibiotic preferably Ofloxocin or Norfloxocin or Cefixime( twice daily). As the urine is acidic and concentrated using Syrup citralka or potchlor ( 5-10ml in a glass of water four times a day) will alkalinise the urine and relieving the burning sensation if any.

Please see a physician and take his advice on the treatment options mentioned above.

Hope you got the solution you were looking for.
Wish you a healthy Life.
